How do I contact you to discuss further or book an appointment?
To contact me to discuss further, or to arrange an appointment, go to the foot of the website where you will find the online
form, you can fill in your details, and say a little about what you are wanting to discuss in therapy, and click on the Submit button.What is the fee?
The fee for for individuals is £70 and for couples is £90, for a 50-minute session. Sometimes an extended session is
appropriate for some couples, and this will be charged pro-rate, ie 75 minutes at a fee of £135What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions that are not cancelled allowing 48 hours’ notice will be charged at full fee. In the instance of couples counselling, sessions required on an individual basis will need to be negotiated and agreed beforehand by all parties.If only one of the couple arrives for a session, with the other not attending, when this has not been agreed by prior arrangement, then the session is deemed cancelled, and the full fee is charged.
How long do I need to attend?
You can attend for as long as it is useful to you. On occasion one or two session as are all that are necessary, or it may be that you need a few months to make headway. Many people come for a year or two, or even longer.
It’s useful to give your therapist a few weeks’ notice of ending, so that you can take time to reflect on what the changes have been, and review what more might need to be done. Depending on how long you have been in therapy, a longer notice period might be necessary, and this could entail several months.How often should I attend?

Is everything I say confidential?Sessions take place in a private andconfidential space, whether in-person or online. Your personal details and any brief notes I may make regarding sessions will be kept confidential. Exceptionally, where there is immediatedanger of severe harm to you or to another,
or where required by law, I may need to makelimited disclosure to a relevant third party professional. Wherever possible I will inform you of my intended action and gain your consent.
