      • Bereavement and Loss

Bereavement and loss affect each of usdifferently. There is no single or predictable way to grieve, and sometimes the impact of a loss can be difficult to understand, particularly when feelings seem unexpected, overwhelming or persist long after the event.
I offer a space to talk about your experienceof loss and to make sense of what you are feeling. Your loss might be the death of someone close to you, but loss can take many forms, including the end of a relationship, separation, divorce, loss of health or fertility, changes in family circumstances, or other significant changes in your life. You may find yourself feeling sad, angry, guilty, numb, anxious or lost, or perhaps you are struggling with feelings that you don't quite have words for. Sometimes grief can bring up earlier losses or experiences, making the present feel particularly difficult.
Therapy can give you time and space to explore what your loss means to you, to express feelings that may be difficult to share elsewhere, and gradually to find a way of living with what has happened while maintaining a continuing connection with what, or who, has been lost.

        Take the Next Step

You do not have to navigate these challenges alone. If you would like a supportive, professional space to explore your situation, please feel free to reach out. Contact Me Below Today to Get Started
